Walmart has kicked off its massive (if forgettably named) Walmart Deals sale. The sale runs between now and July 13, dropping prices on pretty much everything. The sale is timed to coincide with Amazon’s Prime Day 2025, but it lasts longer and has even lower prices on some items. Let’s take a look.
Walmart+ Memberships Are 50% Off
One of the best deals available is Walmart+. Between now and July 15, you can save 50% off an annual Walmart+ membership (sign up here). That gets you a whole bunch of benefits: early access to some sales, a free Paramount+ subscription, 25% off at Burger King, free shipping with no minimum purchase, free delivery from your local Walmart store, and more. Alternatively, if you’ve never used a Walmart+ free trial, you can opt out of the offer and get a one-month subscription for free.
Apple Products on Sale
During any big sale like this, Apple products are always among the most popular items among readers. Personally, I’m fully enmeshed in the Apple ecosystem, so I don’t blame anyone. Apple makes great products, and many of them are currently available at all-time low prices. That’s just smart shopping. You can score a great deal now on AirPods, Apple Watch, and even an M1-powered MacBook Air that is still a great buy (I’m typing these words on that exact laptop, and I still love it).
4K TV Deals
There are two great times to buy a TV. One is during Prime Day/Black Friday in July. The other is the actual Black Friday in November. Since November’s several months away, you might as well pick up a new TV now. Walmart has especially good prices on budget 4K TVs. You may not want to play a PS5 on them, but they’ll work just fine as a second (or third) TV.
Video Game Deals
With inflation and tariff-induced price hikes, video games, consoles, and accessories have been going up in price rather than down. Which makes buying things on sale almost necessary to avoid paying, say, $90 for a Switch 2 Pro Controller (give me a break, jeez). Walmart’s sale has great prices on Xbox Series S, PS5 DualSense controllers, and games.
School Supply Deals
It'll be back to school before you know it. If you have kids who need supplies, now's a good time to stock up. A box of crayons is $0.50. A box of markers is $0.97. Can't beat that.
Even More Misc. Deals
A whole lot more deals are available in Walmart's Deals sale. You can save on shelving units for your garage, pantry, or basement. You can save a bunch on queen bed sheets and men's athletic shorts. You can even save on a portable air conditioner. For way more items, you can check out the full sale here.
